  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or Water
  • 1 cup Spinach fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 banana Banana frozen, for creaminess
  • 0.25 cup Cucumber chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds for fiber and fullness
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 4-5 ice cubes Ice Cubes optional, for chill and texture

Instructions
 

  • Gather your almond milk (or water), spinach, frozen banana, chopped cucumber, chia seeds, and lemon juice. Having them ready to go speeds things up, especially on busy mornings.
  • Add all the ingredients into your blender. Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds, or until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a splash more liquid.
  • If you want your smoothie extra cold, add in the ice cubes and blend again briefly until crushed and fully mixed in.
  • Pour into your favorite glass or travel mug and enjoy right away for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

For extra protein, try adding a scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder or a tablespoon of nut butter. You can also prep the ingredients ahead of time by freezing them in individual bags, making this an even faster grab-and-go option.
